jillid reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification such as a Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jillid may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each player may register and maintain only one (1) jillid account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jillid employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, jillid will close all duplicate accounts, void any related winnings, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jillid accounts must be registered using your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification. Accounts registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where fraud is suspected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillid account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jillid will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify jillid support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.
jillid accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, lend, or otherwise transfer your jillid account or any associated balance, bonus funds, or loyalty points to any other person under any circumstances.
jillid accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) only. Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the jillid Cashier section.
All deposits are processed in real time. jillid does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently. jillid is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to a third party are prohibited. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name. jillid will process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within a target timeframe of five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jillid's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of jillid's Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillid account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice, and without liability, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. Accounts closed for breach or fraud may have their balances forfeited pending investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
